Experteer Overview
In this role you will own performance analytics and governance for all Demand Generation activities across EMEA, turning complex datasets into actionable insights to improve funnel health and business outcomes. You’ll partner with regional leads, IT, and data teams to standardize KPIs and executive reporting. This is a high-visibility position shaping data-driven decisions across multiple markets within a purpose-driven global organization. You will drive reporting automation and data quality improvements.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own performance analysis across the complete Lead-to-Order funnel and identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities
• Deliver executive reporting, leadership dashboards, scorecards, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders across EMEA
• Lead the preparation, validation, and publication of EMEA Demand Generation reporting ensuring accuracy and visibility of results
• Define and govern KPIs, reporting standards, benchmarking methodologies, and target-setting processes across the region
• Manage reporting environments including Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Bowler, and future platforms while driving automation and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data quality,



reporting integrity, customer data visibility, and decision-making across the organization

Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, revenue operations, marketing analytics, BI, or related analytical function
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel
• Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline management, data management, and Lead-to-Order processes
• Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and performance visibility solutions
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations and performance improvement strategies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across commercial, operational, IT, and leadership functions
• Professional fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous
