Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive mobile DevOps for healthcare software, enabling reliable releases and robust automation in a cross-functional team. You contribute to secure, scalable delivery of medical apps that support patients and providers, aligning with Roche’s mission to improve access to healthcare. You will mentor colleagues, collaborate across disciplines, and shape the tooling and processes that power safe, compliant mobile software at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee application releases and automate CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Develop and maintain automation scripts; diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with engineers, product owners, and QA to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Implement security tooling integration (SAST/DAST) and manage artifacts
• Maintain CI systems and container infrastructure; manage certificates and environments
• Collaborate on cloud and mobile testing strategies (Device Farm, feature flags)
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across teams




• Communicate issues clearly to software engineers and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years automating CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
• Strong experience with Fastlane, Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console, TestFlight, Firebase, certificates management
• Proficiency in Python or similar language
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience building containers (Containerd, Docker)
• Experience managing artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory)
• Experience integrating SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, Mayhem, Trivy)
• Strong teamwork and mentoring mindset
• Excellent English communication skills
