Experteer Overview
As Product Design Manager, you guide a small team of designers within the UX group to shape the strategy for the Customer App. You’ll bridge research, design, data, and engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions. You lead initiatives, mentor ICs, and ensure design excellence across projects. You’ll actively contribute to hands-on work and help translate insights into impactful design decisions. This role combines leadership with hands-on delivery to elevate the UX across Glovo’s product ecosystem.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of end-to-end product design experience
• experience managing and mentoring other designers
• ability to connect business goals with product metrics and long-term strategy
• experience with qualitative and quantitative research and data-informed decision making
• excellent written and spoken English and stakeholder management skills
• strong critical thinking and ability to contribute across stages of the design process
• desire to learn and improve in collaborative environments
• experience building and scaling hybrid component libraries or Design Systems
• portfolio or team case studies demonstrating impact in consumer-facing apps
