Experteer Overview
In this regional leadership role, you will steer Sulzer Services’ strategic growth across Europe u0026amp; Africa, translating priorities into executable programs. You’ll partner with the Regional President and Leadership Team to governance key initiatives, drive growth and transformation, and oversee cross-functional projects with measurable impact. The position offers high visibility with executive stakeholders and opportunities to shape regional direction and Mu0026amp;A activity. You will travel to Sulzer sites to enable delivery.

• Advise regional leadership on strategic agenda development, prioritisation and execution
• Oversee deployment, governance and tracking of regional strategy, initiatives and KPIs across Europe u0026 Africa
• Lead growth and transformation projects, including market development, operational excellence, and partnerships
• Coordinate a regional team of Strategic Projects, Transformation and Operational Excellence resources with matrix leadership across regions
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports and business cases to support decision-making

• Strategic leadership experience in industrial/engineering environments
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional, multi-country programmes
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess growth opportunities
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions or corporate development is desirable
• Analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into strategy
• Ability to influence senior executives in a matrix organisation
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and delivery
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
• Experience in industrial services, engineering, rotating equipment or related sectors is advantageous
