Experteer Overview
In this Analyst role within Alantra’s Asset Management CRU in Madrid, you will support growth across multiple asset classes and fundraising efforts. You’ll help manage the Asset Management CRM, prepare materials for client outreach and investor events, and support senior BD/Sales professionals with research and due diligence. The position offers exposure to international markets and cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Development and Investor Relations. This is a hands-on role adecuado for a data-driven, team-oriented professional looking to deepen asset management experience and contribute to product development.

• Manage Asset Management CRM: implement features, keep opportunities up to date, identify prospects for new products/fundraising
• Support client management for senior BD/Sales professionals
• Assist Product Lead for five asset classes
• Create marketing presentations and internal committee materials
• Prepare research notes and prospecting materials on potential LPs using Preqin,



With Intelligence, and public sources
• Prepare documentation and minutes for Boards and Managing Partners across products
• Coordinate with Corporate Development and Investor Relations for product/investor information
• Populate product information across platforms used by investment consultants/advisors
• Assist in organizing internal and external investor events with Marketing team

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration (or Economics)
• Full-time availability
• 1-2 years in asset management or related business development, investor relations, finance, accounting, audit, or compliance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Good attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
