As an (AI) Solution Consultant, you help customers solve business-critical problems by blending Celonis Process Intelligence with leading AI/ML tech. You work within the Value Engineering team, advising strategic clients and translating objectives into innovative Celonis solutions. You prototype and demonstrate value to executives, driving adoption and ROI at scale. The role includes client engagements across the Nordics, with travel and early onboarding in Madrid, and opportunities to shape domain knowledge and best practices within the center of excellence.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field (academic excellence)
• Internship or 1–2 years of work experience in business/tech context
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration)
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric mindset and value delivery focus
• Confident in presenting to diverse audiences
• Proactive, curious, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish)
• Foundational business acumen and domain knowledge (e.g., Supply Chain)
