Experteer Overview
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Salesforce, you design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments. You will join a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist to ship production-ready AI-enabled components and data pipelines. You contribute end-to-end delivery—from architecture choices to production validation—impacting large enterprises. This role offers hands-on work with frontier AI tools and direct customer collaboration, shaping how AI drives business outcomes. You’ll work across platforms and data ecosystems to deliver measurable value from day one.

• Design and ship AI agent experiences in production with real business impact
• Own components end-to-end from architecture through deployment and observability
• Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms
• Develop prompts, tool calls, and integration patterns for agent intelligence
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist and customers to translate challenges into deployable solutions




• Create dashboards and KPI reports to monitor deployment health and outcomes
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs for rapid deployment
• Surface platform gaps and provide field insights to product teams

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery (6–10 years for Senior) with at least one production system
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and willingness to expand
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Strong data modeling, APIs, and integration pattern knowledge
• Ability to engage with sales teams and customer architects
• Commitment to shipping quality code and evaluating AI outputs rigorously
• Willingness to travel ~25%
