In this role you will redesign and test payment structures for riders worldwide, combining data analysis, modeling, and creative problem solving to boost engagement and optimize the logistics network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the rider compensation model, drive scalable improvements, and validate ideas through experiments. Your work directly influences key operational metrics and cost optimization across a global scale. • Explore and identify optimal logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement
• Redesign the courier payment framework to improve metrics by considering factors like vehicle type, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, drivers, and opportunities for optimization
• Own the experimentation process (A/B tests, switchback tests) to measure the impact before global rollout
• Monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions
• Advanced SQL for complex queries
• Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Nice to have: experience with experimentation (A/B tests)
• Comfort in high-growth, ambiguous environments and clear communication to stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Organized, ownership-driven, fast-paced
