Lutine Bell are currently partnering with a integral Insurance organisation who are seeking an experienced legal professional to join as a Head of Legal Iberia on a fixed-term basis.

This is a unique opportunity to lead all legal and data protection matters across Spain and Portugal, partnering closely with senior business leaders and regulators while overseeing a small legal team.

Contract: Approximately 6 months
Location: Madrid (hybrid working)
Salary: Up to €83,500

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the legal function across Spain and Portugal.
Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.
Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial agreements.
Manage relationships with regulators across Iberia.




Oversee data protection and corporate governance matters.
Support the business in identifying opportunities while managing legal and regulatory risk.
Lead and develop a small legal team.

About You:
Qualified lawyer with strong commercial legal experience.
Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong contract negotiation and risk management expertise.
Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
