As a Property Manager, you will join a multidisciplinary team managing real
estate assets (mainly offices, logistics, and retail) for national and
international clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of real estate assets and
coordinating the internal team working on them (e.g., technical,
administrative, financial, marketing/customer experience, and/or on-site
staff, if applicable).
* Main client point of contact for assigned assets, ensuring smooth
communication between the client and C&W.;
* Thorough knowledge of the management mandate agreed with the client and
supervision of its tasks, including tracking and supervising the billing and
collection of management fees.
* Ultimate responsibility for client reporting, in coordination with Client
Finance & Lease Management,



ensuring all reports are sent on time.
* Coordinating the preparation and supervision of each asset's business plan
regarding income and expenses.
* Collaborating with other C&W; departments involved in the asset (e.g., Agency,
Capital Markets, Project & Development Services).
* Main coordinator and contact person for third parties designated by the
ownership: lawyers, appraisers, tax advisors, technical collaborators, etc.
* Coordinating and/or participating in asset visits with appraisers, potential
buyers, auditors, etc.
* Coordinating asset transitions for new mandates or buy-sell operations.
* Any other task required to ensure compliance with C&W; obligations under
assigned mandates.

* Budget tracking, expense control, and ultimate responsibility for budget
compliance.
* Bidding and managing soft services: cleaning, security, gardening, waste
management, insurance, etc.
* Managing and tracking insurance
