About the Company and the Role:

Catalyst Partners is working with a integral investment organisation to appoint a Reward Associate for its Madrid office. This role will support key business-wide projects, including the enhancement of HR systems and reporting capabilities, while helping to deliver accurate insights that inform talent and workforce decisions across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with annual compensation review processes, salary benchmarking exercises, benefits administration, and reward-related reporting.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the organisation's HR systems, including data maintenance, testing, process enhancement, and reporting functionality.
- Produce and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and management reports, providing meaningful insights to support business and people-related decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain reward and workforce data, ensuring accuracy, consistency,



and compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
- Contribute to workforce analytics projects, including headcount analysis, talent reporting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external advisers to support the delivery of reward and people analytics initiatives.

Candidate Profile / Experience

- Approximately 1-3 years of experience within Compensation.
- Strong analytical and numerical capability, with the ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and structured manner.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence creating presentations and reports for a range of stakeholders.
- Experience working with HR data, compensation information, workforce reporting, or business analytics would be advantageous.
- Exposure to HR systems, data management, reporting tools, or process improvement initiatives is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across international teams.
- A proactive, curious, and adaptable approach, combined with a genuine interest in reward, people analytics, and HR technology.
- Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that can improve reporting and operational efficiency.
