Experteer Overview
In this role, you will define and evolve Openbank's payroll and primacy strategy to strengthen long-term customer relationships. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategy that drives payroll conversion, engagement, and loyalty. You will analyze the payroll journey end-to-end, identify levers across commercial, digital, and communications areas, and monitor KPI trends to inform decisions. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Openbank becomes the primary banking relationship for customers at scale.

• Define and continuously evolve payroll and primacy strategy using customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive analysis
• Design differentiated initiatives to boost payroll conversion, engagement, transaction repeat, and loyalty
• Analyze end-to-end payroll journey to identify commercial and digital levers for customer engagement
• Monitor payroll, engagement and primacy KPIs and provide actionable insights while surfacing risks and opportunities




• Prioritize strategic initiatives balancing customer experience, business impact, and primacy objectives
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology to ensure timely delivery

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy, Growth or Commercial Strategy within Banking, FS or Digital domains
• Proven experience defining customer engagement or commercial strategies from data and insights
• Experience analyzing business performance, customer behavior and KPIs
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Previous experience in digital banking, customer engagement, loyalty or lifecycle strategies
