AsSenior Graphic Designer in the Madrid market, you will translate global and European visual guidelines into local, store-ready concepts. You lead in-store campaigns and support new store openings, ensuring brand consistency and impactful customer experiences. You collaborate with Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality visuals that drive commercial performance. This role offers hands-on creative leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and meaningful contribution to Spain’s growth. You will shape how UNIQLO’s visuals perform on the shop floor, with a strong emphasis on execution and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related discipline
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion/retail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Native Spanish with strong English proficiency
• Motivated, adaptable with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative
• Excellent communication and teamwork across departments
• Experience with 3D design and modelling (SketchUp) is a plus
