Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the creation and development of breakthrough skincare formulations from concept through scale-up and launch within Puig’s premium beauty portfolio. You’ll work in a modern Ru0026amp;D setting to test ingredients, evaluate performance, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance, collaborating with packaging and manufacturing teams to deliver consumer-ready products. You will contribute to category innovation and stay ahead of trends in a fast-growing, sustainability-conscious brand ecosystem. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity in a globally connected, creative company.

• Test new ingredients and design experimental plans
• Develop formulas in the new Ru0026D center
• Coordinate product testing (microbiology, safety, efficacy)
• Evaluate formulas and perform risk analysis
• Oversee homologation testing and data monitoring for quality and feasibility
• Collaborate with packaging to ensure consumer value
• Coordinate with factories for technical feasibility and site-scale up
• Lead manufacturing transfer from pilot to production
• Prepare and update laboratory SOPs




• Monitor scientific advances relevant to cosmetic development
• Track market, trend and competitor evolution
• Contribute to category innovation strategy
• Report progress to manager

Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of skincare formula development experience
• Passion for skincare category
• Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights
• Knowledge of trends, markets, competitors and beauty categories
• Experience in physical testing and analytical methods
• Familiar with general cosmetic regulations and GMP
• Master's Degree or higher in Science (Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering)
• Spanish and/or English and/or French is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience in skincare development in Luxury u0026 Prestige segment
