Experteer Overview As a Tooling Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will lead the development and management of injection molds for headlamps and rear lamps for premium automakers. You will collaborate with Ru0026amp; D, purchasing, quality, and suppliers to ensure mold designs meet Valeo’s standards before production. You will guide design teams, validate injection processes, and support transfer to manufacturing, contributing to innovative lighting solutions in a fast-paced, international setting. - Guide part design engineers in defining plastic component designs
- Define mold requirements and supplier nomination criteria
- Review mold designs from suppliers and initiate steel and machining orders




- Validate mold building and tuning before transfer
- Confirm injection process setup and tuning prior to serial production
- Support plant and injection suppliers to set up, tune, and validate processes and moldsResponsabilidades

- Engineering degree
