A commercial person who can open doors that direct sales cannot. You will own Triple's partner channel and the pipeline it produces, working with the processors, platforms, and consultancies already sitting inside the banks we sell to.

What you will do

- Own the partner channel end to end: processors, core banking platforms, case management vendors, and the consultancies already sitting inside our clients
- Find, sign, and activate the partnerships that produce qualified pipeline, and end the ones that stop producing
- Build the commercial case for each partner: where Triple fits in their stack, what the commercial model is, and what changes for their clients
- Run the relationship after signature, including joint account planning, training their sales teams on where Triple belongs in a conversation, and a regular pipeline review
- Co-sell into shared accounts alongside our sales team,



from the first introduction through security review and procurement to a signed contract
- Represent Triple at industry events across Europe, and turn the conversations there into pipeline
- Keep the partner pipeline current and accurate in HubSpot, so the company can forecast from it

What you need

- 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales, spent in payments, banking technology, or fintech
- A track record of partnerships that produced revenue you can quantify
- Understanding of how banks buy: long cycles, several stakeholders, procurement, a security review, and a compliance team that can stop a deal
- Ability to hold a commercial conversation with a partner's leadership and a technical one with their solution architects, without needing an engineer in the room for either
- Working knowledge of the payments ecosystem: issuers, processors, card networks, and where a vendor like Triple sits inside it
- Comfort owning a function that is still taking shape, including the partner strategy, the selection criteria, and the process behind them
- English proficiency required
