Experteer Overview In this role you provide frontline support for trade-finance tools, manage incidents and updates via ServiceNow, and contribute to digitalisation and process improvements across the region. You work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, train users, and support migration projects. Your efforts help boost operational efficiency and user satisfaction in a dynamic trade-finance environment. - Provide first-line support for Dwings and related trade-finance applications
- Analyse, log and coordinate incidents in ServiceNow with accurate updates
- Communicate resolution status to users and stakeholders




- Deliver Dwings training and assist with migration projects
- Prepare activity reports for management and partnersResponsabilidades
- University degree
- Good understanding of Guarantees products
- Knowledge of Atlas, EPS, Aval..., TDR
- Strong Word/Excel skills
