Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize Partner Support Operations globally and improve partner journeys across channels. You will leverage data-driven insights and strong stakeholder management to identify gaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable improvements that impact partner experience and Pu0026amp;L. You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to bring structure to a complex environment. You will work closely with Commercial to align support processes with business needs and drive global rollout of new service processes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify operational improvement opportunities across markets by analyzing service performance data
• Prioritize initiatives based on potential impact on key metrics and business context
• Lead initiatives to improve partner satisfaction, contact ratio, service-related costs and partner churn
• Drive end-to-end optimization projects from problem identification to rollout and impact tracking
• Coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders to maintain clear priorities and timelines
• Develop Partner u0026 Agent Experience processes and optimize HelpCenter and Partner Support flows
• Collaborate with Commercial to align partner needs with scalable, efficient support processes
• Contribute to rollout and adaptation of new service processes and product solutions across markets
Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to structure complexity
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Project management experience across end-to-end initiatives
• Prioritization and trade-off decision-making in fast-paced environments
• Problem-solving with focus on compliant, scalable solutions
• 2-4 years of experience in PM, consulting, operations or similar roles
• AI mindset with use of AI to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ownership, bias for action, adaptability in ambiguous settings
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Fluent in English
