Experteer Overview
As Senior Product Manager, you own strategic areas of Datavant's Data Connectivity portfolio and drive product growth across cloud ecosystems. You will shape platform integrations with partners like Databricks and Snowflake, translate customer needs into compelling experiences, and collaborate with Engineering and partners to deliver high-impact products. You’ll explore AI-enabled and agentic workflows to unlock new value while maintaining privacy and trust in healthcare data. This role offers meaningful ownership, cross-functional partnership, and the chance to influence a foundational product area.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for meaningful areas of the Data Connectivity portfolio
• Translate customer needs into clear product priorities and work with Engineering on requirements and tradeoffs
• Lead products and integrations across cloud/data ecosystems (Databricks, Snowflake, major cloud providers)
• Define joint value propositions with strategic partners and identify where Datavant differentiates
• Embed Datavant capabilities into AI-enabled workflows and explore AI-driven product opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Technical Services, Design, Privacy, Engineering, and partners from discovery to launch
• Manage discovery, synthesize stakeholder inputs into clear direction, and drive multi-initiative roadmap execution




• Establish success metrics and use signals to inform investment decisions
• Improve product launch, communication, and cross-functional operations
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and communicate decisions effectively
• Contribute to evolving Data Connectivity strategy and product portfolio

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Product Management or related technical role with ownership of complex products
• Strong product judgment spanning customer problems, business strategy, and technical tradeoffs
• Technical fluency; able to discuss architecture and APIs with engineers and partners
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure or similar cloud/data ecosystems
• Experience with enterprise data/cloud integrations, APIs, and developer workflows
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to understand workflows deeply
• Curiosity about AI and ability to identify meaningful AI opportunities in products
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive initiatives across teams
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive direction without complete information
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
