About the profileOur company is rapidly growing and now we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team of professionals.Responsibilities- Independently manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.- Engage with clients to clarify project goals, requirements, and success criteria.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, selecting and applying suitable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).- Lead and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendors, to deliver agreed outcomes on time and within budget.- Identify and assess risks, issues, and dependencies; define mitigation and contingency plans, and ensure they are implemented.- Monitor project progress against plan and provide clear, regular status reporting to stakeholders (scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues).- Maintain complete and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, decisions, and reports.- Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, quality standards, and relevant compliance or contractual requirements.- Participate in selection, onboarding, and management of vendors and contractors, tracking their performance and resolving delivery issues.- Plan and coordinate testing and quality assurance activities to confirm that deliverables meet customer requirements and acceptance criteria.- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams, resolving conflicts and misalignment where needed.Requirements - Must have- Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.- Knoweledge and proven experience of agile frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe.- Proven experience managing end‑to‑end IT project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks,
