Experteer Overview
In this role you lead mid-sized nuclear decommissioning and waste management projects across Europe, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate cross-border engineering teams and partners, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to leadership. The position emphasizes international collaboration, adherence to HSSEQ standards, and shaping decommissioning programs in a regulated environment. This is a hybrid, travel-intensive opportunity with meaningful impact on the nuclear lifecycle.

• Manage full lifecycle of decommissioning and waste management projects from planning to close-out
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Coordinate diverse engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in a related discipline
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Experience in nuclear decommissioning, radioactive waste management, energy, infrastructure, or regulated industries
• Experience managing mid-sized engineering or industrial projects
• Knowledge of PM methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Fluent English; Spanish or Slovak is an advantage
• Willingness to travel ~50% of time across Europe
