Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the end-to-end migration of the customer base from legacy models to a strategic cloud platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Legal, Finance and Product, and own the migration portfolio and execution. You’ll manage complex on-prem and cloud migrations, ensure governance, and drive measurable business value. This is a hands-on, scale-focused leadership role with a clear impact on customer retention and ARR realization.

• Manage the integral SaaS migration portfolio and track opportunities by cohort and geography
• Translate strategy into executable annual/quarterly migration plans and waves
• Prioritize customers, sequence migrations, and reassess readiness and opportunities
• Lead the Migration Execution Office and coordinate across multiple functions
• Oversee end-to-end migration execution, ensure alignment with strategic objectives and capacity
• Establish governance, KPIs, dashboards and reporting for transparency and performance
• Identify bottlenecks and risks and drive corrective actions
• Plan capacity, readiness,



and resource allocation across participating teams
• Oversee on-premise technical and commercial migrations and cloud migrations for existing customers
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and playbooks
• Ensure adherence to pricing governance and migration policies
• Provide executive recommendations on resource allocation and scalability
• Drive standardized processes while remaining flexible for strategic cases

Responsabilidades
• Minimum Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related field
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation, cloud migration or SaaS transition programs
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise customer implementations and migrations
• Strong program management, stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Experience delivering operational execution across commercial, technical and services organizations
