Experteer Overview In this role, you lead the enterprise-wide evolution of execution standards across the product lifecycle, partnering with senior leadership to improve performance and growth through data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and capability building. You will harmonize cross-functional standards across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Value u0026amp; Access while ensuring governance and independence. You translate global strategies into local execution, benchmark against external best practices, and drive continuous improvement. - University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Biosciences, or a related field
- Experience: 12+ years in pharma, consulting, FMCG, or related sectors with leadership
- Proven track record in leading commercial transformations or execution excellence functions
- Experience across analytics, field operations, customer excellence, digital transformation, capability building, or market insights
- Experience managing complex change and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments
- Strong business acumen across the product lifecycle and strategic thinking
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational effectiveness
