You collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align metrics, governance, and experimentation, turning insights into pricing, product, and lifecycle actions. Your work informs planning, forecasting, and risk assessment, while mentoring analysts to raise the analytical bar. - Build and own the analytical framework to evaluate B2B trade-offs and identify long-term growth levers
- Lead retention and cohort analyses to inform pricing, product, and lifecycle decisions
- Own impact modeling and scenario analysis for major B2B product initiatives; contribute to forecasting and risk assessment
- Define and govern B2B metrics; maintain a single source of truth across teams
- Design the analytics agenda and experimentation framework, defining success and measuring impact
- Collaborate with Directors/VPs across product, ops,



and engineering; mentor senior analysts and extend work beyond B2B when neededResponsabilidades
- Proven experience driving decisions from analysis, including explaining why a recommendation was rejected in hindsight
- Owned a metric or strategic framework used by multiple teams and resolved conflicting definitions
- Understanding of subscription or marketplace economics to build LTV/cohort models from scratch
- Fluent, independent SQL and Python; strong code quality andreviewer
