In this role you drive strategic internal communications and employee engagement to help people understand and connect with AstraZeneca’s strategy and culture. You’ll plan and execute high‑profile leader engagement events and enterprise campaigns, partnering with global communicators and GCA to ensure aligned messaging and flawless delivery. You’ll also enable GCA effectiveness through targeted communications planning and coordination. This senior role emphasizes strong program management, stakeholder management and deliverables that elevate employee experiences in a fast‑paced, integral environment.

• Project manage and support high‑impact global communications events and engagement moments (Senior Leader Meetings, extended Senior Leader calls, SET, Board u0026 CEO events, AZ Talks, 30 Minutes with, CEO Awards) including planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination and technical delivery




• Lead GIC delivery of quarterly financial results communications with planning meetings, integrated delivery plans, translations, and collaboration with Global Media Relations, Investor Relations and Company Secretary
• Support planning and delivery of enterprise‑wide communications campaigns that build understanding of AstraZeneca's strategy, priorities, culture and performance
• Develop and maintain communication materials, toolkits, assets and resources ensuring brand‑aligned messaging and quality
• Support GIC reporting and measurement by analyzing data from campaigns, events and digital channels and recommending improvements
• Support GIC governance and communications infrastructure via the GCA Knowledge Hub and maintain key systems, channels, distribution lists, databases and calendars
• Manage GIC operational processes including planning cycles, event governance and stakeholder management
