Planning & Scheduling

- Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Define WBS, critical paths, and key milestones in coordination with project teams
- Track vigente progress against baseline, identify deviations, and propose recovery plans
- Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master plan

Cost Control & Reporting

- Support cost tracking and budget monitoring (EAC, ETC, variance analysis)
- Prepare S-curves, progress reports, and dashboards for management review
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Variation Orders and claims when needed

Risk & Alert Management

- Proactively identify schedule risks and bottlenecks
- Raise early warnings to Project Managers and suggest corrective actions
- Ensure timely communication of delays and their potential impact

What We Are Looking For

Must-have:

- 3+ years of experience in project planning and/or cost control within EPC projects
- Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project




- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
- Experience in the renewable energy sector (solar PV, wind, or BESS)
- Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English (professional working level)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with BESS projects
- Knowledge of grid connection processes
- Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools
- Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
