This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC), deskside support, and IT troubleshooting within enterprise environments. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite desktop/deskside IT support for hardware, software, and network issuesPerform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix supportManage device lifecycle (imaging, configuration, patching, upgrades)Utilize SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow for ticketing & asset managementSupport Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (O365), Outlook,
