As a Senior Hotel Partner Manager at TUI Hotels u0026amp; Resorts, you will drive the strategic development and financial performance of a defined hotel brand portfolio. You act as the central contact for hotel partners and aim to maximize revenue through TUI’s direct channels, collaborating with sales, marketing and product teams. You’ll base decisions on data, monitor performance, and implement growth and optimisation initiatives while upholding quality and pricing standards. You will lead partner reviews, negotiations and initiatives to enhance digital visibility. Responsabilidades
• A degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing or a comparable subject; alternatively relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of experience in partner or account management within hospitality or travel
• Proven stakeholder management in cross-functional, dynamic environments
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance data and growth measures
• Knowledge of hotel sales, pricing, revenue management and sales channels
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with reporting and partner tools
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
