Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Development Consultancy team in Madrid with technical due diligences, risk analysis of buildings, and cost estimation for asset improvements. You will build strong client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables across Spain, contributing to Arcadis' mission of sustainable design and impactful projects. You will work with cross-functional teams, apply technical rigor, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position at a global consultancy.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Contribute to the implementation and development of technical due diligences and project supervision in real estate transactions
• Analyze risks in the day-to-day operation of buildings




• Estimate investment costs to reverse asset defects and/or legal non-conformities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver high-quality service

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Architecture
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (consultancy valued)
• Full professional English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel frequently; availability for site visits across Spain
• Timely delivery and quality of deliverables in line with quality systems
• Engagement with Arcadis Way and core values
