We are looking for an experienced BI Developer/Migration Specialist to lead and execute the migration of reports, dashboards, and data models from Power BI to Tableau.

The role involves end-to-end ownership of migration activities including assessment, redesign, development, validation, and stakeholder coordination.

- Handle feature gaps and suggest workarounds
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance
- Improve query efficiency and data refresh cycles
- Tune large datasets and joins
