Your Mission

We are looking for a Loyalty & AI Automation Specialist obsessed with enhancing the customer experience and eliminating repetitive tasks through intelligent systems. You wont just be managing traditional campaigns; you will lead two foundational areas for our future:

- Loyalty Program: You will design and scale our loyalty program into a primary growth engine, creating engaging incentives, analyzing customer behaviour, and continuously maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- AI & Process Automation: You will spot bottlenecks and manual tasks, building efficient solutions using No-Code tools and AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n).
- CRM & Customer Lifecycle: You will work side by side with the CRM team to optimise the entire customer journey, from Welcome Journeys and Product Education to Winback and VIP retention.
- Continuous Experimentation: You will launch monthly experiments aimed at improving retention, saving the team time, and boosting recurring revenue. We believe in building systems that get 1% better every week.

- What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2 to 5 years in CRM,



E-commerce, or Marketing Automation.
- Mindset: A deep curiosity for Artificial Intelligence, an analytical mindset, and a systems-thinking approach (you prefer building scalable solutions over just executing tasks).
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Drive: Highly organized, capable of learning new tools at lightning speed, and eager to build processes from scratch.

- Its a big plus if you have experience with:

- E-commerce and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, LoyaltyLion, Yotpo).
- Automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, Shopify Flow).
- Data & APIs (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, APIs, basic SQL or Python).
- AI Development (Prompt Engineering, MCPs, AI Agents, Cursor, Claude Code).
