Experteer Overview In this Senior Structurer role you will execute pricing and structuring for financial reinsurance deals within Life and Health across Southern Europe and Latin America. You will act as a technical reference for the business unit and contribute to the regional and integral projects that shape the unit’s strategy. You will collaborate with Risk Management to ensure alignment with risk appetite and drive internal and external positioning. This role offers the chance to advance a growing, globally exposed initiative and to shape solutions for complex reinsurance structures. - Serve as technical/structuring reference for Life and Health unit

- Establish and manage a broad internal expert network

- +10 years of professional experience in insurance/reinsurance actuarial valuation fields
- Professional actuarial qualification and/or experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS17 and Solvency II
- Knowledge of structuring capital management solutions
- Practical project management experience
- Excellence in collaborating in virtual/international group settings
- Result-oriented mindset with out-of-the-box thinking and organizational strength
