In this role you will lead EMEA employee and labor relations, acting as the main on-the-ground partner to ensure compliant, fair, and productive relations that support growth. You will bridge management and employees, navigate social partnerships and evolving legislation, and advise regional leadership on risk and conflict resolution. You will drive high-stakes investigations, collective bargaining negotiations, and stakeholder engagement with a focus on enabling agile business outcomes. This is a high-visibility role shaping how Dow Jones operates across Europe.

• Direct high-stakes employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary hearings
• Coach regional leadership on conflict resolution and risk mitigation
• Develop and deliver training programs on performance management and dispute resolution
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and coordinate with stakeholders to address macro needs
• Serve as primary contact for EMEA works councils, unions, and employee delegates (Spain, Germany, UK, France)
• Lead negotiations with employee representatives on collective bargaining agreements and related policies
• Advise on terms and application of sectoral collective bargaining agreements in EMEA
• Proactively manage stakeholder relationships to minimize conflict and support business agility
• Collaborate with GM, EMEA and EMEA/Barcelona People Teams; maintain feedback loop with NY VP
• Act as regional lead for the ER team and coordinate with integral HR team
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in HR with emphasis on employee and labor relations, performance management, and compliance
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of Spain employment/labor laws; EU knowledge a plus
• Project and process management with proven delivery
• Independent, risk-based decision making in a fast-paced global environment
• Builder mindset navigating complex employee ecosystems
• Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
