Experteer Overview In this Senior Data Scientist role, you will build data-facing ML capabilities to support Biologics Discovery. You’ll create robust featurization and model-ready data, collaborating with ISD and discovery scientists to accelerate molecular design. You’ll shape evaluation frameworks and ensure reproducibility and trustworthy models. This role blends data engineering, ML, and scientific partnership to move biologics from design to life-saving products.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop featurization and model-ready datasets from antibody/protein sequence, construct, assay, and biophysical data
- Collaborate with data engineers to specify features, labels, and aggregation levels while preserving raw representations
- Curate, document, and version datasets for reproducibility and traceability
- Develop applied ML models and evaluation pipelines on biologics data
- Partner with ISD to hand off standardized training datasets and align on whether Data Science enables or ISD owns modeling




- Frame ML problems around real decision points in the design-make-test-learn cycle
- Work with ontology and MLOps teams to ensure data semantics and reliable model deployment
- Champion reproducibility, documentation, and responsible AIResponsabilidades
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, ML, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or related field
- At least 2 years of applied ML experience with model development and data curation on complex scientific data
- Strong Python proficiency and ML stack experience (PyTorch, scikit-learn) and SQL
- Experience turning heterogeneous experimental data into robust features and training sets, with cloud training exposure
- Understanding of evaluation, validation, and risks like leakage and distribution shift
