Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and evolve scalable low-voltage automotive architectures across Smart Power Distribution, Body Control, Zonal, and Central Compute platforms. You will act as the technical authority, shaping architecture strategy and guiding advanced and maintenance programs. You’ll lead governance, requirements, and risk management while coordinating with development teams and customers to ensure robust, high-quality solutions. This role offers impact across multiple programs and a clear path to influence product direction and technology choices.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and evolve scalable, reusable architectures for low-voltage automotive electronics
• Specify high-level capabilities, features, and logical architectures aligned with product strategy
• Assess technology readiness and guide component selection with strategic suppliers
• Develop and improve solution design, validation, and governance guidelines
• Provide technical leadership during RFI/RFQ activities and allocate functional/non-functional requirements




• Review and approve technical proposals, system architectures, and safety concepts for opportunities
• Serve as primary technical liaison between advanced development, reference designs, and customer programs
• Lead issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions to improve architecture robustness and quality

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Embedded Systems or Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in automotive electronics product development and system architecture
• 5+ years in Smart Power Distribution, Body End Nodes, Body Control Modules, Zonal Controllers, or Central Compute platforms
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, hardware/software integration, cybersecurity, and cross-functional design
• Experience with ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, FMEA, FTA, DOORS, JIRA, APIS-IQ
• Professional proficiency in English
