DES is a leading supplier of design engineering software for the EDA, CAE, optical, data management, and software engineering quality markets,



and is looking for the right individual to drive the business M&A effortsResponsibilities:- Developing and managing a pipeline of strategic and technology acquisition targets.- Evaluating potential opportunities and supporting them throughout the M&A process.- Defining acquisition criteria and working with business units to understand their strategic and technology needs.- Collaborating with technical and business teams to assess and support diligence efforts for prospects, as well as shape the opportunities to support the DES business level strategy.- Working with senior leadership to develop business models and present business cases.- Driving market and business intelligence efforts to identify industry trends and opportunities that can support M&A activities.Qualifications:- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.- Strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. xqysrnhCareers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
