Experteer Overview
In this role you will provide on-site technical support and service for Mako robotic systems, covering installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer interactions across Iberia and Southern France. You work independently yet collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality service and strong customer relationships. The position mixes field travel with hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment, offering growth and mentoring opportunities. You help drive reliable performance and customer satisfaction in a complex robotics domain.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for customer interactions
• Ability to analyze and resolve routine to moderately complex technical issues
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Advanced French
• Willingness to travel frequently (70% travel)
• Capacity to work independently on routine tasks and seek guidance for complex situations
