Experteer Overview As a Global Country Operations Associate SMA II at ICON, you support the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites to ensure alignment with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP. You work with cross-functional teams to drive site performance, data-driven insights, and timely issue resolution. You will contribute to regulatory document preparation and coaching junior staff, while traveling as needed to support trial activities. - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or Clinical Research
- Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring with solid understanding of trial processes and GCP
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationship management
