Who We Are

Beepings is a fast-growing IoT company helping people protect what they own — through GPS trackers sold across Europe via car shops, moto shops, and automotive retail networks. Our ambition is to become the go-to tracking brand across Europe and beyond.

We're building the commercial team that will take us there — and the people joining now will grow with us.

The Role

Spain, Italy and Portugal are three of our biggest untapped opportunities . We're looking for the person to build them from the ground up — opening new shop accounts and growing a reseller base from near zero.

This is a hunter role . Italy and Portugal are greenfield markets. Spain has a small existing base to reactivate. All three require someone who can build relationships with independent shop owners, move fast, and stay self-directed across multiple countries at once.

Full-time, on-site role based in our Barcelona office.

What You'll Be Doing

Independent reseller penetration — the core of the role
Qualify and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns (ES + IT + PT)
Identify and prospect independent car and moto shops — with support from marketing
Open new accounts: pitch the product, secure first orders, establish reorder cadence
Maintain active reseller relationships: regular reorder calls, upsell, sell-out support

Ensure every active reseller is sorted — properly stocked, has materials, knows how to sell Beepings

Field agents — day-to-day support

Daily push: ensure agents are visiting shops, generating leads, supporting sell-out





Performance tracking — flag underperforming agents to Sales Manager early

Onboard new agents once recruited, help them get up to speed on product and process

What We're Looking For

Must-have
Full professional proficiency in Italian and Spanish — both required
2–4 years B2B sales with a track record of opening new accounts , not just managing existing ones
Strong relationship-builder with small business owners — shop owners are your target customer
Comfortable with high outbound call volume — reorder calls and cold prospecting are core to the role
Self-directed — you'll be the primary Beepings presence across three markets

CRM discipline (Hub Spot or equivalent) + Aircall comfortable

Nice-to-have
French or English working level (for internal coordination)
Automotive, retail, or distribution background

Start-up mindset — comfortable with pace, change, and figuring things out as you go

What We Offer

Fixed: €25k/year

Variable: up to €20k/year — OTE €45k gross
