Overview
In this regional role, you will drive TPM and Operational Excellence across a multi-site Health & Medical manufacturing network. You partner with site leaders to accelerate TPM maturity, standardize practices, and deliver measurable performance gains. You will coach, mentor, and hands-on influence shop-floor teams while aligning with regional priorities and digital manufacturing initiatives. This role offers travel across Europe and Americas, with a focus on achieving World Class Manufacturing standards and sustained improvements.
Responsabilidades
- Lead TPM and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives across assigned sites, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Coordinate TPM deployment priorities with Regional Directors and functional leaders across multiple sites
- Support TPM maturity assessments, audits, and certification milestones with coaching to meet standards
- Identify operational gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and strengthen standard work on the shop floor
- Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, reliability, cost reduction, and loss elimination through TPM
- Perform implementation health checks, track progress, and define corrective actions
- Facilitate sharing and standardization of best practices across the network
- Support digital manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives within the TPM roadmap
- Integrate Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance visibility and decision-making
Requisitos principales
- University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Strong experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations, preferably multi-site
- Hands-on TPM implementation experience with understanding of TPM pillars, governance, and sustainability
- Experience with TPM milestones and JIPM certification processes is desirable
- Proven track record in structured problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching abilities
- Ability to operate across cultures and engage senior leaders and shop-floor teams
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency desirable; other languages advantageous
- Experience designing/deploying digital manufacturing or digital transformation roadmaps is valued
