We are looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist profile to join our IT team.
The position provides advanced technical support to internal users across different countries and integral regions, while also contributing to system administration and network operations to ensure stable and secure IT services.

Due to the international scope of the role, working hours are not fixed and may include evening, night, weekend, or rotating shifts, depending on the regions being supported.
YOUR TASKS
Key responsibilities: Endpoint Operations & Support Provide Level 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and device management issues.
Manage incidents through their full lifecycle and perform root cause analysis.
Support user onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning activities.
Endpoint Management Support and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services.
Configure and test device policies,
compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
Monitor endpoint compliance and support remediation activities.
Assist with device lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Software Packaging & Deployment Package, test, and deploy software applications and updates.
Troubleshoot application deployment issues.
Support application lifecycle management and software maintenance.
Testing & Continuous Improvement Validate new endpoint configurations, policies, and solutions before production rollout.
Participate in pilot deployments and testing activities.
Contribute to process improvements, automation, and service optimization initiatives.
Documentation & Knowledge Management Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
Document recurring issues and standard solutions.
Support knowledge sharing within the Endpoint Management team.
Your Profile
4+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or advanced IT Support
Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
Knowledge of software packaging and application deployment
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Understanding of endpoint security and compliance concepts
Basic Power
Shell knowledge is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Fluent English (C1 or C2)
