As a Product Expert for Veeva Clinical Operations in Europe, you will champion the product to life sciences customers and translate their needs into actionable improvements. You’ll build active user communities, educate users, and promote product capabilities while collaborating with global teams to drive adoption and value. Your work strengthens customer success, informs product decisions, and supports AI-enabled transformation in Clinical Operations. This role offers cross-border collaboration, exposure to leadership, and a meaningful impact on how life sciences teams operate.

Responsabilidades

- Be the product evangelist and SME for Veeva Clinical Operations products
- Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, communities, and events to promote education and capability adoption
- Capture customer needs and industry learnings to inform PM decisions and improve designs
- Educate customers on product roadmap, value delivery, and functionality in diverse forums
- Act as customer advocate internally and feed insights into release planning and innovations




- Collaborate with Product teams to create content and resources for product and release communication
- Provide cross-functional product expertise to Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support
- Develop relationships with key product users/influencers and align with field teams to promote best practices and customer success

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in Clinical Operations space in PM, Consulting, or Professional Services/Implementation roles
- Hands-on experience with CTMS, eTMF or Study Start-up and related operational processes
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical product specs for business and technical audiences
- Understanding of Product Vision, Technical Specifications and SDLC documentation for end users
- Experience presenting to business users, IT, and executives in person or remotely
- Strong analytical and English-language communication skills (written and in presentations)
- Interest in AI and ability to articulate AI-driven solutions for clinical operations problems
- Self-directed team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
