Overview
As Senior People Relations Partner, you will provide compliant, tactical guidance on employee relations and conduct, supporting HR Business Partners and leaders across diverse jurisdictions. You will own end-to-end terminations for all worker types and drive respectful offboarding in line with laws and internal policies. You’ll lead investigations, analyze trends, and collaborate with Legal and People teams to strengthen processes and reduce risk. This remote-first, globally distributed role offers impact across a fast-growing company shaping the future of work. Responsabilidades
- Provide team member relations consultation on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination in compliance with laws and policies
- Own all terminations for all worker types and manage related disciplinary and performance issues
- Oversee offboarding workflows and ensure complete termination processing for diverse worker types
- Serve as the compliance expert for terminations across countries and worker types, including negotiations and documentation
- Conduct HR investigations and provide management with actionable recommendations
- Analyze data to monitor trends in team member relations and support proactive decision-making
- Collaborate with Legal, People Operations, Payroll, and HRBP teams to implement compliant processes
- Oversee Jira and other tools for compliance reporting and case management
- Create and manage standard operating procedures for investigations
- Partner with People Success to train managers on handling team member relations and termination guidance
- Travel internationally as needed and operate in a fully remote, global environment
Requisitos principales
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in team member relations, employment law, or HR compliance with investigations and terminations responsibilities
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to remain impartial and handle confidential information
- Advanced knowledge of employment law in EMEA regions (UK, France, Germany, Spain)
- Experience with case management systems and HRIS
- Proficiency in Google Suite
