About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Mobile Software Engineer to join our growing digital engineering team. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of modern mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, supporting innovative digital solutions for end users.

The idóneo candidate has a strong foundation in mobile application development, enjoys working in an agile environment, and is eager to build scalable, secure, and high-quality mobile solutions using both native and cross-platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop native and cross-platform mobile applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Build interactive prototypes and user-centric mobile experiences.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Implement secure authentication, data storage, and mobile security best practices.
- Create and execute unit, integration, and UI test cases.
- Participate in CI/CD processes and mobile application deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and user groups.




- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Support application performance optimization, offline functionality, synchronization, and scalability initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Ionic, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and modern mobile application development concepts.
- Experience with Android Studio, Xcode, and mobile build/deployment pipelines.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
- Understanding of mobile databases such as SQLite, Realm, or Firebase.
- Knowledge of version control and ALM tools such as Git and Jira.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Fastlane, App Center, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) development.
- Understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play Store deployment processes.
- Knowledge of cloud and security best practices, including OAuth and biometric authentication.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certification such as:
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate
- iOS Developer Certification
- React Native / Ionic certification or equivalent
