Contracts Manager – Data Centres

We’re supporting an established international main contractor delivering major data centre projects across Belgium and wider Europe.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take a senior role across multiple data centre projects in Belgium, providing contractual and commercial oversight while working closely with Project Leads, commercial teams, clients and the wider supply chain.

For the right candidate, the business is open to considering a rotational arrangement, making this suitable for experienced Contracts Managers currently working on major international construction projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing contractual matters across multiple live data centre projects.
- Providing commercial and contractual guidance to project delivery teams.
- Managing contract administration, change control, variations, claims and contractual notices.
- Identifying contractual risks and ensuring the company's position is appropriately protected.
- Supporting the administration and negotiation of subcontract and supply agreements.
- Working closely with Project Directors and commercial teams on project performance and contractual strategy.
- Supporting procurement, tender evaluation and contract award negotiations.




- Managing contractual disputes and supporting proactive dispute avoidance.
- Maintaining accurate contract registers, risk logs and supporting documentation.
- Providing senior management with clear reporting on contractual risks, opportunities and key project issues.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Commercial/Contracts professional within construction.
- Main contractor experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing contracts on large-scale, complex construction projects.
- Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, change management, variations and claims.
- Commercially strong with the confidence to work with senior clients, project teams and subcontractors.
- Comfortable overseeing contractual matters across more than one project simultaneously.
- Relevant construction, commercial, quantity surveying or legal qualification beneficial.
