Junior Functional Analyst – SAP S/4HANA O2C | Ghent, Belgium

We are looking for a motivated Junior Functional Analyst to join a long-term SAP S/4HANA rollout program within a leading Automotive & Motorcycle industry organization.

? Location: Ghent, Belgium

? Work model: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite

? Start: ASAP

⏳ Duration: 4 months, with possibility of long-term extension

Languages: Dutch Professional and English Professional

? Your Role

You will support business stakeholders during the rollout of an SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (O2C) template, initially across several European countries, with further rollouts planned.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting business users during UAT and business testing
- Acting as a first point of contact for functional questions
- Supporting Order-to-Cash processes such as order management and billing
- Analyzing issues and coordinating with senior functional and IT teams
- Supporting functional documentation and knowledge transfer
- Participating in workshops, testing sessions and future rollout activities





? What We're Looking For

- Junior profile with some SAP/ERP or functional/business analysis exposure
- Strong interest in business processes and O2C
- Experience with UAT, SIT or business testing is a plus
- Analytical and curious mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Willingness to learn SAP S/4HANA and grow into a functional role
- Dutch and English communication skills are required

? SAP S/4HANA expertise is not mandatory. Business-process understanding, motivation to learn and the ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders are more important.
