Description: The MOW365 program includes several development tracks that are transferred to the support team during the Acceptance phase.

The MOW365 support team will be gradually expanded. Through this request, we aim to find technical expertise.

Responsibilities

1. Perform actions on the landing zone in the context of configuration, security, DevOps, etc. (possibly with the support of the supplier who transferred the landing zone)
2. Provide technical information/advice regarding the technologies used (SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
3. Coach, advise, and develop solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, etc.

The skill requirement of experience with O365 should be interpreted broadly across the technologies mentioned in this request.

Context: The MOW365 program is a strategic initiative of the Department of Mobility and Public Works (DMOW), aimed at improving operational efficiency in order to achieve policy objectives and ensure a future-proof organization.

The scope of the program includes three major components: contract management, project management, and a new financial domain. The implementation of cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform,



and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, D365 Finance & Operations, and D365 Project Operations) will improve transparency, collaboration, and efficiency within DMOW.

Through this IT transformation, DMOW aims to achieve application rationalization, process harmonization, and more data-driven ways of working, where possible supported by AI.

Skill:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience in Dynamics 365 development
- Experience with release management
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience working in a public sector/government environment (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Office 365
- Dutch language proficiency at CEFR Level C2
- Experience in the implementation, rollout, administration, and support of Office 365 environments
- Experience providing operational support and end-user assistance
- Experience documenting procedures and user manuals
- Experience monitoring services and systems
- Strong programming skills, including coding, testing, and debugging
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile development methodologies
