ABOUT THE ROLE

A large retail organisation in Belgium is looking for a Senior SAP Business Analyst to strengthen its IT department. The SAP landscape runs on S/4HANA in the cloud and there is a serious roadmap ahead: new integrations, more data and AI in the processes, and a number of projects that will genuinely reshape the way Supply Chain and Finance work.

You act as the bridge between business and IT. Not as an order taker, but as a partner who understands the operational and financial challenges and redefines processes where that creates real value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Analyse existing processes in Supply Chain and Finance and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate business requirements into pragmatic and sustainable SAP solutions
- Challenge business requests and propose alternatives based on SAP standards
- Take part in functional design, configuration, testing and implementation
- Ensure smooth integration across SAP modules and business processes
- Provide expert-level support on complex issues




- Contribute to the SAP roadmap and to ongoing business transformation

WHAT YOU BRING

- Five to ten years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Functional Analyst
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain and/or Finance, full FICO expertise is not required
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, ideally in retail
- Experience with SAP integrations and cross-functional processes
- Analytical, pragmatic and results-driven, with strong communication skills towards both business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is an asset
- Experience with Peppol, BlueYonder or project coordination is a plus
