About the Role

We are looking for a motivated QA Tester to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure applications meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test conditions and create comprehensive test cases with clear acceptance criteria.
- Define test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, UAT, security, load, and performance testing activities.
- Verify that completed software features meet specified requirements and are fit for purpose.
- Document, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle using defect management tools.
- Capture test evidence including screenshots, logs, and validation results.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to reproduce, isolate, and resolve defects.
- Prepare and maintain test data for testing activities, including data validation using SQL queries.
- Contribute to regression test suite maintenance and continuous testing improvements.




- Produce clear and structured test reports and communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr Scale, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Understanding of test design techniques including:
- Equivalence Partitioning
- Boundary Value Analysis
- State Transition Testing
- Exploratory Testing
- Experience preparing test data and validating results using SQL databases.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation and test data setup.
- Experience creating test reports, dashboards, and testing documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English & one of French or Dutch

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
- ISTQB Agile Tester
- ISTQB Mobile Application Tester
