? Your Mission

You will play a key role in the deployment and day-to-day management of two new business tools in Luxembourg. You’ll ensure smooth project execution, support users, coordinate development activities and help drive successful adoption.

? Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee the deployment of both tools
- Manage and prioritize business requests and requirements
- Coordinate development activities when required
- Handle incidents, support requests and project-related communications
- Act as the main point of contact for business users and provide ongoing guidance
- Organize and deliver training to ensure successful user adoption
- Track project activities, reporting and stakeholder alignment on a daily basis




- Work closely with the Field Specialist to identify, analyse and resolve operational issues
- Connect business users, field teams and technical teams to ensure effective solutions
